Victor (Vic) Puharich was inducted into the (sydney) magazine 2007 Food Hall of Fame. This induction acknowledges Vic’s commitment to the food industry and his passion for providing Sydney and Melbourne’s best restaurants with premium quality meat.

Vic has worked in the meat industry for some 35 years, starting his own business in 1996. From a retail shop on Oxford Street, Darlinghurst - Vic and his son Anthony have grown into one of Australia and Shanghai’s largest meat wholesale businesses.
