If you are a member of the general public, we have three wonderful retail stores in Sydney, where you can access the meat, served by the country’s finest chefs and restaurants. Our award-winning Victor Churchill, the world’s most beautiful butcher shop, is located in Woollahra. Vic's Meat Market, including the mouth-watering smokehouse & grill is found at Sydney Fish Market in Pyrmont. And by popular demand, every Saturday between 8 am and midday, the Mascot wholesale facility opens to the public as Market Day.


Described by the late and great Anthony Bourdain, as “the most beautiful butcher shop in the world”, our internationally acclaimed and award-winning Victor Churchill stands as Australia’s oldest continually run butcher shop, established by the Churchill Family in 1876. So much more than a butcher shop, Victor Churchill is a tribute to fine food, elegant architecture and experiential shopping.


The essential meat experience at the iconic Sydney Fish Market, Vic's Meat Market is a full-service butcher shop with an adjourning smokehouse & grill, for you to sit back and enjoy a succulent lunch and drink, while soaking up the unique ambience of the Sydney Fish Market.


By popular demand, Vic’s Market Day is back! Every Saturday, the Vic's Meat wholesale facility opens to the public, offering restaurant quality meat at wholesale prices. Coffee, specials, and heaps of meat at great prices every Friday & Saturday 7am-3pm, and Sunday 8am-2pm.
