Wagyu Corned Beef & Hash Pie by Broomfields X Vic's Meat - 2 x Pieces


Corned Beef and Hash is a dish that deeply satisfies. Indelibly linked to something our parents ate in the 70’s, we couldn’t resist a challenge to reinvent this classic staple by turning it into a Pie.

Our deluxe version of Beef & Hash uses Wagyu Eye Round, which has been expertly salted under watchful eye for 48 hours. The meat is then gently cooked for 14 hours until tender. The juicy chunks of salted beef are combined with mustard and white wine velouté. Seasonal white cabbage braised in butter is added, and then topped with a gratifyingly crisp potato hash.

We’ve double packed this Pie with meaty goodness so you will not be disappointed! Add optional fried egg for a complete meal.

To heat this pie, preheat your oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. From frozen preheat to 180 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow your pie to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
