Whichever your protein, our burgers are made from cuts that give your patties a rich flavour and a juicy bite. To us, balance between meat a fat is of paramount importance.


Every burger patty is made fresh to order. Our mince is cut coarse for an open texture and proper distribution of fat and meat within each patty, resulting in a high level of juiciness in each bite.

Our in-house burger machine uses innovative technology to form consistent patties while still producing a handmade patty look. The machine is programmed to not overwork or emulsify the mince. This results in a more tender bite and a patty that cooks quicker and more evenly.
