UGC Promotion

1. Eligibility:

Open to individuals aged 18+. Employees of Vic's, their family members, or anyone else connected with the competition may not enter.

2. Submission Period:

Entries will be considered in the calendar month they are submitted, relative to AEDT.

3. How to Enter:

Submit your video via email to online@vicsmeat.com.au. Include your full name, contact information, and any required declarations.

4. Content Requirements:

Videos must be original, not infringe on third-party rights, and be appropriate for a general audience. Explicit or offensive content will be disqualified.

5. Rights and Permissions:

By submitting, entrants grant Vic's a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the videos in marketing materials.

6. Selection and Notification:

The best video each month wins $100. Winners will be notified via contact details provided and must claim their prize within a specified period.

7. Future Opportunities:

Exceptional contributors may be approached for further content creation on a contractual basis, subject to separate terms and conditions. This is not guaranteed.

8. Liability and Indemnification:

Vic's is not responsible for lost, damaged, or illegal entries. Entrants indemnify Vic's against any claims related to the content submitted.

9. Privacy:

Personal information will be used in accordance with Vic's privacy policy and only for the purposes of administering this contest.

10. Amendments:

Vic's reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the contest at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law:

The contest is subject to the governing law of the jurisdiction where Vic's operates.

12. Acceptance of Terms:

Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms. Disputes will be resolved by Vic's at their sole discretion.
