Introducing Victor Churchill’s slow cooked Lamb Shoulder. Beautifully tender and delicately spiced with garlic, lemon, oregano, EVOO, salt & pepper. Once marinated this lamb shoulder is cooked on the bone gently for eight hours, low and slow until tender and golden.
This lamb is incredibly versatile and perfect for mid-week dinners. Once re-heated you can eat traditionally alongside roast vegetables & greens. Or gently remove the tender meat from the bone and serve in a warmed up flatbread with fresh herbs, pickled onion, cucumber, and yoghurt.
Serves up to 4 people.
To re-heat set your oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Place the lamb in a baking tray with one (1) cup of chicken stock. Heat for 30 mins or until warmed through.
