Spanish Serrano Ham


Embutidos Serrano is a specialty Spanish ham derived from pure-bred Duroc Pigs. The Duroc pigs have higher fat marbling than other breeds, which means less salt is required for the curing process.

This product is naturally air-cured and matured for a minimum of 18 months.  It has a mild, sweet and nutty flavour and is perfect for antipasto platters, or even consumed on its own with some crusty bread. 

In order to maximise the flavour and aroma of any cured product, we suggest you serve the product at room temperature, or about 21ºC.
