Crème Fraîche Tribehou AOP - 200g
Rich and smooth, this cream has a delicate flavour with just the right balance of tartness. It is made using the finest milk from Bessin and Cotentin cows that freely roam the lush Normandy region in France. The traditional culture technique used to make this Crème Fraîche takes several days and has earned this cream Appellation d’Origine Controle (AOP) status.
It is excellent for cooking and will not separate under heat. It is a marriage made in heaven when served with Caviar.
