Empanadas by Victor Churchill - 2 Pieces
These hot pockets of goodness have been made in-house by the team at Victor Churchill and are seriously delicious. Originating in Spain, these baked delights are available in two distinct versions – Beef or Chicken.
Beef – Each pastry pocket is filled with a generous serve of minced beef, house-made Spanish chorizo sausage, Guindilla peppers, capsicum, onion, paprika and cinnamon.
Chicken - Each pastry pocket is filled with a generous serve of free-range Chicken, capsicum, tomato, onion, paprika, oregano and cayenne pepper.
We recommend you serve these Empanadas with a side of Victor Churchill house made Chimi Churri for authenticity, or your favourite hot sauce for extra heat.
Each piece is a generous serving for one.
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place empanadas on a baking tray lined with banking paper.
Warm empanadas through for 10 minutes in the oven, careful not to leave them in for any longer.
