Love a bit of heat? Looking for the right level of kick? Then this Ghost Pepper Salami is for you. Combining Ghost Pepper chilli with 100% Australian pork, this Salami is then slow cured & fermented for over 3 months.
This process has been perfectly executed and mastered by De Palma Salumi resulting in an exceptional Salami with a mild start and a short linger of heat on the palette. Be warned - this Salami is VERY HOT.
In order to maximise the flavour and aroma of any cured product, we suggest you serve the product at room temperature, or about 21ºC.
