Pork Hock Smoked - 1kg


Sitting just above the trotter and below the main section of the leg, the hock is full of connective tissue and when treated well and given enough time, will yield superb results.

Smoked Hocks can be added to stews to give body, and used in soups (such as pea and ham) as they provide a complex, rich and smoky flavour. Keep the pieces chunky for added texture.

Our Smoked Pork Hocks are derived from the hind leg only, which offers more meat to bone ratio, than the opposing fore leg hock.
