Salmon Gravlax by Victor Churchill - 300g


Our now iconic Salmon Gravlax is handmade by the team at Victor Churchill.  The finest salmon has been cured for a week in a salt and sugar mix. Once the Salmon is cured perfectly it is then spread with Edmond Fallot dijon mustard and topped with freshly chopped dill.

This gravlax is beautifully cured, soft, silky, and textural. The fresh dill and mustard alongside the rich oily fish are truly a match made in heaven. 

Slice this gravlax with a sharp knife to your desired thickness and serve with mustard sauce and rye bread for a traditional approach. This gravlax is also perfect for salads, sandwiches or as a standout on your next seafood platter.
