Our version of the versatile sauce has been handmade by the team at Victor Churchill, and includes an incredible array of ingredients:
Garlic, Cornichons, Capers, Anchovies, Parsley, Chives, Basil, Tarragon, Chervil, Dijon, Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Pepper. All have been meticulously combined to create an intricate flavour bomb.
This sauce is perfect alongside BBQ’d meat (hot or cold), fish, pork and vegetables. This is a must have for the summer season.
