Put simply – a match made in heaven. Free range lamb has been prepared alongside the iconic Herb de Provence, a mix of thyme, basil, rosemary, tarragon, marjoram, oregano and bay.
These sausages are made using natural casings and prepared thin so as to avoid overcooking the delicate meat.
Your product has been vacuum sealed and can be safely stored refrigerated.
Victor Churchill Sausages are made using whole muscle cuts. We do not use trimmings or offcuts, nor do we use fillers or sausage meals.
