Every single Vic’s Meat employee, no matter their role, is trained in our in-house food safety program and as a company we are independently audited by AUS-QUAL, Halal, New South Wales Food Authority and PrimeSafe Victoria.
We’re HACCP certified and strictly follow the CODEX Alimentarius established by the World Health Organisation.
We require our third-party suppliers to have quality systems in place to ensure products supplied to us meet our specifications and are in compliance with state regulators.
