This exceptional pork comes from the ancient British Black Berkshire breed, often referred to as the Wagyu of the pork world. With its distinctive pink hue and generous marbling, Kurobuta Pork offers a sweet, rich flavour, a delicate texture, and an unrivalled level of juiciness.

Raised in the mild climate of Northern NSW near Byron Bay, our Kurobuta pigs enjoy a low-stress lifestyle in eco-friendly pens. Their carefully curated diet, including wheat, barley, sorghum, and macadamia nuts, enhances the subtle elegance of the meat's flavour and marbling.

Our Kurobuta Pork is processed with precision, ensuring each pig meets the ideal weight range of 65kg-80kg. The pork is then meticulously graded for fat quality, guaranteeing that every cut from Vic’s upholds the highest standards of excellence.
