Our Premium Australian Pork Tenderloin is super tender with a mild flavour. The pork tenderloin is perfect for cutting into medallions and searing; it is also the best cut to use for pork skewers.  Pork Tenderloin will also make the ultimate Crumbed Pork Schnitzel or Pork Katsu. Simply butterfly cut the Tenderloin and flatten with a mallet to your desired thickness.
