Our Quality Assurance Team are highly experienced and qualified, providing independence and governance in overseeing our processes, maintaining control checks with production and logistics and upholding our obligations to our customers and Australian regulators.
Every Vic’s Meat employee, no matter their role, are trained in our Food Safety Program and as a company, we are independently audited by AUS-QUAL, Halal, New South Wales Food Authority and PrimeSafe Victoria.
We’re HACCP certified and strictly follow the CODEX Alimentarius established by the World Health Organisation.
We require our third-party suppliers to have quality systems in place to ensure products supplied to us meet our specifications and are in compliance with state regulators.
