The Traditional Korean dish of Bulgogi (translates as “fire meat”) is prepared from tender, thinly sliced beef, which is marinated in a blend of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, sesame oil and sesame seeds. This flavour combination lends this dish its famous sweet, savoury & nutty notes. The marinated beef is then cooked in a griddle pan on the barbecue or stove over high heat, caramelising and adding a desired smokey flavour to your meat.

Serve with traditional accompaniments such as rice, Kimchi and a selection of vegetables. For a more modern serving approach, spoon the cooked Bulgogi into Bibb lettuce cups, add a spoonful of rice, your desired level of kimchi and garnish with slices of crisp spring onions - wrap and eat.
