Pan Fry: Cook VicNuggets in a frypan with oil on medium heat for 3 minutes, then turn and cook for a further 2-3 mins.
Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place VicNuggets on lined tray and cook for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
