New Zealand John Dory Fillet 160 - 180g x 1 Piece

John Dory is a premium white fish prized for its elegant, mild sweetness and delicate, flaky texture. Sourced from the warm waters surrounding New Zealand’s North Island—most commonly north of the Bay of Plenty—this distinctive species is easily recognised by the dark blue spot ringed in white on each side of its body.

Beautifully prepared by Astakos Seafood, these skin-on fillet portions are cut from the whole side and carefully pin-boned for convenience. Versatile and refined, John Dory is ideal for pan-frying, grilling, or baking. The fishery is responsibly managed by the Ministry for Primary Industries under New Zealand’s Quota Management System (QMS).
