Coffin Bay Vongole are harvested from the sub-tidal waters of Coffin Bay, South Australia, where the nutrient-rich Southern Ocean delivers exceptional purity and flavour. Carefully managed within SASQAP-certified harvest zones, the fishery is surveyed annually to monitor biomass and ensure long-term sustainability.

Hand-raked to meet market demand under an organised harvest schedule, these clams are delivered live and exceptionally fresh. Vongole - Italian for “clams” - feature delicate, sweet white flesh with a clean ocean finish, making them ideal for classic Italian dishes such as pasta or risotto, or simply enjoyed on their own with good olive oil and crusty bread.
