This centre cut rump steak (or rostbiff steak) is prepared from the rump and has a Marbling Score of 4+. It represents one of the tastiest and most flavour packed muscles on the carcass.  If you haven't ever tried Wagyu this steak is the perfect gateway, delivering big, bold flavours and with a texture only the rump can provide. Soft enough to melt in the mouth but enough texture to remind us what our teeth are for. 

This steak is best grilled in a pan or on the BBQ and served simply to highlight its flavour.
