Each duck is dry aged in house for a minimum of seven days in temperature controlled coolrooms, allowing the flavour to deepen while the skin naturally dries for exceptional crispness when roasted.

This process delivers rich, full flavoured meat and skin that renders beautifully, turning golden and crisp in the oven.

Roast whole and serve as a striking centrepiece, perfect for sharing.
