Vic's Deli at Chadstone is now taking catering orders. Made to order, always fresh.
Whether it's lunch for the work team, a birthday spread, a backyard gathering or a last-minute get-together, there are two ways to do it.
The Deli Sandwich Box is the easy call. $80 feeds up to seven, with a mix of classic sandwiches and mini deli sourdough rolls. Think Egg Salad and Chives, Smoked Salmon with Dill and Cream Cheese, Rare Roast Beef with Horseradish and Radicchio, Signature Salami, Mortadella and Ham. Add Freshly Baked Granola Cookies for $12 or Packets of Chips for $15. Vegetarian options available on request. It's the kind of spread that looks like you planned it all along.
A La Carte Lunch lets you build the order your way. Perfect for bigger groups or when everyone has an opinion. Choose from fresh or hot sandwiches and salads, priced per item. Highlights include the Wagyu Reuben with Smoked Stone Axe Fullblood Wagyu Brisket on Rye Sourdough ($22), the Vic's Deli with Sopressa Salami, Mortadella, Mozzarella and House-made Pepperonata on Ciabatta ($23), and the Holstein with Crumbed Chicken Thigh, Fried Egg and House Chili Sauce ($22). Every a la carte order comes with house pickles and coleslaw on the house.
