For these little beauties, our Premium Australian Lamb Mince is ground fresh, spiced with Merguez seasoning (cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, coriander seed, black pepper, and fennel), and hand wrapped in puff pastry.
These moreish & aromatic sausage rolls are delicious and perfectly accompanied with herbed yogurt or tomato chutney.
Thawed for your convenience. Cook before the expiry date. Not suitable for freezing.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook for 15-20 mins.
Snap frozen immediately after harvest and processing to preserve peak freshness and quality. Product will be delivered partially or fully thawed. Keep refrigerated at or below 5°C and consume by the indicated fresh best before date. Do not refreeze.

- Place Sausage rolls on a lined greaseproof tray
- Bake for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown
