Notoriously difficult to make from scratch, we've done all the hard work for you. Our version of this classic sauce is a showstopper and truely additive!
Made with free-range eggs and preservative-free wine, its creaminess works beautifully with steaks, poultry, salmon, roast potatoes and so much more.
Infused with preservative free white wine, free range whole eggs, fresh tarragon & white peppercorns. An all-natural rich & creamy whole egg emulsion needs to be kept in the fridge.
Can be served cold or at room temperature.
