For this classic pie, hearty chunks of Rangers Valley Wagyu BMS 5+ steak have been draped in Manu's famous peppercorn sauce and beautifully encased in Ryan Broomfield's rich all butter pastry.
Manu's peppercorn sauce honors the classic, using both black and green peppercorns, onions, white wine with both veal and beef glace (intensely reduced stock). This sauce has been balanced with pure cream and reduced to perfection.
