Featuring Fiasco, a shiraz from the Adelaide Hills made with Sangiovese and Nebbiolo grapes, it boasts deep, juicy undertones that pair beautifully with the richness of Australian ironbark-smoked garlic, sweet local roasted peppers, and Roma tomatoes.

Best served with pipette, which holds onto every bit of sauce, and simmered with thick Italian-style sausages for a proper pasta night that’s more than the sum of its parts.
