Edmond Fallot Cornichons are made in France using miniature gherkin cucumbers and pearl onions. These fresh, crunchy vegetables are soaked in a traditional brine consisting of vinegar, tarragon, mustard seeds, and coriander seeds. 

This pickle is tangy, moreish, and incredibly versatile. Perfect for pate, terrine or rillette. Make sure these cornichons are part of your next charcuterie board.
