Technology we use in our production factory means each piece of meat can be tracked from farm and abattoirs, through our warehouse, down the butchers cutting line, packaging and delivery, and gives us - and our customers- full traceability through the entire chain.

This technology really brings the farmer closer to our customers by giving them complete transparency through our business and ultimately builds a strong foundation of trust between us and our customers.

 

Our factory in Melbourne houses one of the only PrimeSafe Certified dry ageing rooms in Victoria.  

We deliver to Melbourne 6 days a week.  

Geelong and Bellarine on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

 

South of Lower Dandenong Rd and Mornington on Tuesday and Friday.
